As co-founder and director at Automation Logic for the past 10 years, Kris has led the organisations growth to 100 people and more than 60 UK client engagements. Automation Logic are proud to have a wealth of experience in the public sector, delivering major IT transformation programmes to departments including Ministry of Justice, Home Office, HMRC and DEFRA. These projects are delivered by Consulting Engineers, many of whom have graduated Automation Logic’s unique DevOps Academy programme which was designed in-house to give STEM graduates a route to a career in technology and help to bridge the digital skills gap. Core to the success of the business has been embedding a strong, inclusive company culture and this commitment to workplace wellbeing has been publicly recognised, with Automation Logic placing in the Great Place to Work awards in both 2018 and 2019.
