Currently Head of Customer Experience (CX) Partner Business for EMEA at Amazon Web Services (AWS), he drives partner ecosystem strategy to accelerate sales and adoption of AWS customer experience solutions.

Prior to this, Dennis led Amazon Connect partner business development across EMEA. Before joining AWS, Dennis spent over a decade at Verint in global roles spanning technical partner management, cloud product strategy, and solutions consulting—helping partners deliver differentiated CX solutions. With deep experience in partner ecosystems, cloud technologies, and customer experience transformation, Dennis specializes in building scalable strategies that unite technology, partners, and customers.
