Bob joined Valiantys four years ago as a Senior Consultant, spending three years advising clients on Atlassian tools and ITSM best practices, before taking on the challenge of supporting other consultants with their professional development and Service Management challenges as a Professional Services Manager.

His educational background is in Human Resources, with a focus on process optimisation and organisational change. Previously Bob worked as a Product Manager for a small e-commerce startup before joining a major Dutch publisher, where he was involved in implementing ITSM processes using Jira Service Management (JSM). Throughout his career, Bob have been passionate about creating work environments that are both effective and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys sports, woodworking (or primarily creating sawdust), exploring sustainable gardening concepts and spending lazy evenings at the beach with his wife and two children.
