My primary responsibility is the operational delivery of all business line applications and platforms, including all elements of infrastructure support. I am an experienced Senior Technology Manager with demonstrated skills in Incident Management, ITIL, Citrix, Agile Project Management, and PRINCE2. I started my career in Publishing and have had various roles in driving a customer focused approach to technology provision in both the private and public sector.
