Dimitra is the General Manager of Microsoft Device Partner Solution Sales business
(DPSS) across the EMEA region. She is leading the organization that works with our
partners’ ecosystem to build and sell Devices and Services that enable corporations,
consumers and students realise their full potential in the Digital Economy.
Dimitra has end to end P&L responsibility, regional strategy, planning, people management
and organizational capability.
Dimitra has been with Microsoft since 2008. Prior to her current role in Device Partner
Solution Sales in EMEA, she led the Device Partners Sales organization in Central & Eastern
Europe region. She started her professional career in Oracle, as Database Architect and ICT
System designer. During her tenure at Oracle, she held various leadership positions in Sales,
Marketing, Cosulting and Services in CEE, Benelux and MEA Region, always enabling state
of the art ICT solutions and technology adoption to customers, governments and key
industries. After Oracle and prior her career in Microsoft she joint Sony Ericson as Head of
Sales for South & Eastern Europe region.
She holds Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of
Patras, an Executive MBA degree from the Athens University of Economics & Business as
well earned advanced certificates by INSEAD in Product Marketing Program and London
Business School in Executive Leadership Strategy and Finance Program.
On a personal note, she is very interested in arts, philosophy and psychology, while she is
very passionate promoting equality and equal representation of women in STEM related
careers
