Dale joined Microsoft in 2009 as part of the global training team for the launch of Windows 7 and has since played a key role in the Commercial rollout of Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as Microsoft 365 and Copilot. Dale has considerable experience collaborating with partners and end users to assist users and organisations make a smooth transition to the latest OS Versions.
