Her experience with AI began early in her career, designing and building conversational AI systems using intent-based models, entities, and structured dialogue flows, long before generative AI became mainstream. She has also worked in large-scale, regulated environments where AI systems were deployed at enterprise level, giving her a strong understanding of the operational, ethical, and governance considerations required to use AI responsibly.

Alongside her professional work, Jordan has built applied AI tools, including a GPT-based application designed to explain financial concepts to non-expert users. This hands-on experience informs how she evaluates AI solutions, with a focus on clarity, responsible design, and real-world usefulness.

Jordan is particularly interested in how people engage with AI systems and how collaboration between humans and AI leads to meaningful, real-world outcomes. As a judge, Jordan looks for work that balances innovation with rigour, and where technical ambition is matched by thoughtful design, ethical implementation, and real-world value.
