All entrants must have presence in the UK, this includes having a team or office here. You will be expected to attend the awards ceremony.

Submissions will be accepted via the online entry system only.

All information submitted confidential and won't be shared outside the judging process.

Data Scientist of the Year

Our Data Scientist of the Year will be able to demonstrate expertise, innovation, and impact in the field of data science. Whether through groundbreaking research, transformative projects, or pioneering methodologies, we’re looking for individuals who can provide evidence of having pushed the boundaries of what’s possible with data to drive meaningful outcomes.

DevOps Practitioner of the Year

Our DevOps Practitioner of the year is a DevOps professional who has gone the extra mile to show the rest of the industry how it works. They're not necessarily a leader in the traditional sense, but simply an individual who has taken DevOps to their core and produced results not possible without seamless blending of development and operations.

Software Leader of the Year

This is an award for the individual who is leading software production or development by example. It may be departmental management, project leadership, or a personal innovation which has grown and developed the space.

Software Rising Star of the Year

The Rising Star will be a new entrant to software, with less than 10 years in the field. They will work in a development environment and show evidence of excellence and of going above and beyond normal expectations. They can occupy any software role – what is important is their work ethic and (provable) results.
