Since graduating in 2016, Andjela has embarked on a dynamic career at KPMG. Beginning in the UK, South Coast office in IT Audit where she honed her skills for four years, supporting both internal and external audits on various sector clients.

Seeking new challenges, Andjela set her sights on a secondment to Brussels, Belgium for 20 months, joining the advisory practice where she continued to work on IT Audit projects, whilst simultaneously broadening her horizons by contributing to various advisory engagements such as cyber assessments, IT attestation and driving transformative change through working with the people and change team.

Committed to the KPMG cause of fairer opportunities in technology, Andjela helped lead the introduction of the Mentoring initiative as part of IT’s Her Future program and built up the KNOW South Network. She mentors students through the UpReach program and has appeared at a number of events to spread the importance of women in business and IT.

Some of her notable achievements above her secondment experience, include being a proud member of the Global Next Generation Council, as well as witnessing her personal journey of self-development, evolving from a non-technical background to becoming a specialised IT audit professional.
