He was instrumental in merging multiple business units into a central IT services model, enhancing cyber security, and supporting the company's growth towards private equity and IPO readiness. At the Royal Opera House in London, James served as CTO and Executive Director, where he led a comprehensive transformation program that spanned front-of-house digital services to core technology environments.
