Jujhar is currently Global head of DevSecOps for The Economist, spending his first year bringing them from chaos to stability and now focusing on evolving to maturity and innovation. His previous role was bringing cloud to John Lewis where they went from 100% on Prem to multiple projects on Google Cloud Kubernetes within two years. Jujhar has been working in IT since he was 16 years old and went from desktop support, server support, DBA and software support to IT manager.Then in 2010 he changed careers and became a full time software engineer and has been cutting code ever since. He’s a passionate believer in people over technology and spends a lot of time teaching and mentoring, especially women in DevOps. He has two young children and in his spare time teaches classical Sikh music and Yoga.
