Tom Clark is the Chief Technology Officer at Everywhen, the UK arm of one of the world’s leading independent insurance distribution platforms. With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Tom has held senior roles including Chief Information Officer and Group Chief Architect within major financial services organizations. Prior to joining Ardonagh, he served as CIO for Lowell Group and Leeds Building Society where he led enterprise architecture and IT modernization initiatives, and before this a global career in HSBC. Tom is widely recognized as a thought leader in technology, earning accolades such as Chief Technology Officer of the Year at the Digital Technology Leaders Awards and inclusion in the UK CIO100 and Global 100 CIOs lists. He is a Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of the British Computer Society, reflecting his commitment to advancing the profession. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and a Master’s in IT Management, Tom combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise. Beyond his executive role, he contributes as a Non-Executive Director and advisory board member for several organizations.
