Stephanie Itimi is an internationally recognised leader in cybersecurity, AI governance, and digital inclusion. She is the Founder and Non-Executive Chair of Seidea CIC, an award-winning social enterprise that has trained over 8,000 Black and Minority Ethnic women for careers in cybersecurity—redefining talent pipelines across the sector.

She currently serves as Director of Information Protection and Compliance at Age UK, where she leads strategic efforts to embed resilience, trust, and compliance across one of the UK’s largest charities.

Until recently, Stephanie held a board role as an Associate Non-Executive Director at NHS Blood and Transplant, contributing to digital strategy, governance, and people transformation. She now continues her board-level influence on a global stage as a member of the ISC2 50x50 Global Task Force, shaping the future of cybersecurity workforce development and certification worldwide.

A doctoral researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London, Stephanie’s academic work explores employee surveillance in the information security ecosystem. She’s also a LinkedIn Learning Instructor in Explainable AI (XAI) and a contributor to the World Economic Forum’s Cybersecurity Outlook 2025.

Stephanie’s career has spanned BBC World Service’s Ebola misinformation response in West Africa, AI policy foresight in Nigeria, and blockchain advisory for climate-focused Web3 initiatives.
