Decision Counsel works with tech, data, technology and content companies on their product, content, customer acquisition and account retention strategies. Their GTM Growth models focus on intense collaboration, working extensively with clients’ product, marketing and sales teams to amplify their capabilities by seamlessly integrating into their existing culture, technology stacks and workflows.
With over 25 years in strategic marketing and sales positions, Sal brings a wealth of global marketing experience to his strategic assignments.. Before Decision Counsel, he served as President of Liquid Thinking, a professional services firm focused on accelerating venture-backed enterprises. Prior to Liquid Thinking, Sal was a Managing Partner for USWeb/CKS, where he lead client engagements with Novell, IBM, Televisa, Sega and Mazda. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Sal was responsible for leading all major new client relationships. Previously, Sal served in senior sales and marketing roles for Motorola and Acer America. A gifted speaker and facilitator, Sal leads strategic framework programs that empower executive management off-sites, executive planning meetings, and product development planning. His Decision Counsel engagements include: Calix, Verisk, Spotify, Reuters, Cisco, Trans Union, Standard & Poors, Dun & Bradstreet and Hulu.
