ENTRY CRITERIA

To ensure a fair, transparent, and high-quality awards programme, all entrants are required to follow the guidelines outlined below. These criteria have been designed to maintain the integrity of the judging process, uphold consistent standards across all categories, and ensure that submissions accurately reflect the achievements and impact of each organisation or individual. Please read the following information carefully before preparing your entry, as failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification or removal from consideration.

General rules of thumb

No marketing copy

Submissions must be factual, clear, and directly relevant to the award criteria. Marketing materials, promotional language, or sales pitches will not be considered and will lead to disqualification.

Category specific entries only

Each entry must be tailored specifically to the individual award category. Submitting the same or similar content across multiple categories is not permitted and will result in the entries being rejected.

UK presence required

Only organisations or individuals with a verifiable presence in the United Kingdom are eligible to enter. This includes having operations, clients, or team members based in the UK.

Submission requirements and guidelines

All products and services must have been available in the UK after January 2025. Companies entering must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline.

All entrants are required to submit a concise summary of their entry and a detailed explanation outlining how the submission meets the specific award criteria. This should include measurable outcomes, key achievements, or innovative approaches relevant to the category.

Submission method

All entries must be submitted exclusively via the official online entry system. Submissions sent via email or in any other format will not be accepted.

Confidentiality assurance

All information provided as part of your submission will be treated as confidential. The content will be reviewed solely by the judging panel for evaluation purposes and will not be shared publicly.
