You must use your company/work email address to vote. Any votes with a personal email address will be disqualified. 

You can only vote for one winner in each category. 

You don't have to vote in every category, just the ones where you feel you have the expertise to make your vote count.

Employees from the shortlisted companies cannot vote for themselves.

The winners will be announced at our awards ceremony on Friday 25 November. 

Customer Project of the year

Awarded to the customer project that best demonstrates the benefits of well-managed IT implementations and collaboration between vendor and customer. The winner will demonstrate innovation, management quality (i.e. was the project completed on time and in budget?) and impact. The project must have been finished within the last 12 months and have a significant UK-based element.

HMPO built up tech debt over the years resulting in a complex technology infrastructure landscape as well as high CAPEX and third-party costs. This disparate IT estate of legacy services has resulted in a lack of transparency, causing difficulties onboarding new internal and external services which in turn created usability issues. As part of a wider innovation and transformation strategy, HMPO decided to move parts of its infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS), including a bulk data migration of mission critical, sensitive passport data and integration points. esynergy were chosen as technology partner to support this transformation.
